Messages sent from your macbook or iMac are not delivered and found in recovered messages. You have some problems with your email database.

Apple Mail

If you have recently upgraded your macOS and your mail has been arrived like this, you should rebuild the database.

If you have repeatedly see the mails in your recovered messages, you should remove and add your account again in Apple Mail.
